Brazil Burgers: McCoys Kitchen

Brazil Burgers!

Gather up all of your ingredients!

1 cup raw brazil nuts
2/3 cup carrot chunks
2/3 cup onion chunks
1/2 cup parsley
1/2 cup green bell pepper chunks
1.5 cups whole cumin seeds
handful of fresh dill
1 tsp. whole fennel seeds
1/4 tsp salt
fresh ground pepper  { to taste } 
two eggs

  1.Grind nuts and transfer to a large bowl. Grind to a meal not a paste.

2. Pour Brazil Nut Meal into a Large bowl.

{Scrap the sides real good to make sure you get all the nut meal.}

3. Pour the rest of the ingredients into the vita mix/ or food processor.
& again... making into a "meal" not puree. 

 { do you see Italia ? }

4. Hand over Dad the Vita Mix and let him " meal it up" ....

5. Pour the veggie meal into the nut mixture....

{It will be thick... so you may need to scrape it out.}

6. Crack two eggs into the bowl...

7. Stir it up real good.

8. Preheat oven to 375, grab a cookie sheet or pyrex dish and line it with parchment paper.

9. Pat Mounds into flat patties

10. Bake for 40-45 mins.... or until golden and crisp around edges.

We are not eating bread right now... we are all doing a little yeast cleanse.
So we dressed our brazil burgers up with sliced tomatoes, onions and avocado.
